Kirsti Sparboe

Kirsti Sparboe is a Norwegian singer known for her multiple Eurovision Song Contest appearances. She represented Norway three times in the 1960s with songs performed in Norwegian, including "Karusell" (1965), "Dukkemann" (1967), and "Oj, oj, oj, så glad jeg skal bli" (1969). Despite her consistent participation, her entries placed in the lower ranks of the competition, with her best result being 13th place in 1965. Sparboe remains a notable figure in Norway's Eurovision history for her contributions during the contest’s formative years.
