Aiste Smilgeviciute

Aiste Smilgeviciute represented Lithuania in the 1999 Eurovision Song Contest with the song "Strazdas." The song was performed in the Samogitian language, a dialect of Lithuanian. In the contest, Aiste finished in 20th place with a total of 13 points. Her participation marked Lithuania's continued presence in Eurovision during the late 1990s.
