Birgit is an Estonian singer who represented Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013. She performed the song "Et uus saaks alguse" in Estonian. Birgit finished in 20th place in the final with 19 points. Her participation marked Estonia’s presence in the contest that year.
