Nepal is set to select its first-ever entry for the Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026 through the national selection show Nepal Decides.

Scheduled for Wednesday, 7 October at 15:45 CEST (19:30 NPT), the show will showcase 11 competing acts performing live. Viewers in Nepal can watch via Himalaya TV and OTT platforms, while international audiences can stream the event live on the official Eurovision Song Contest YouTube channel.

International fans can participate in the voting process through the Eurovision Asia website at no charge. Each voter can cast up to eight votes scattered across at least three different songs. Votes from outside Nepal will contribute 20% to the final result, with domestic public votes at 40%, and a professional jury covering the remaining 40%.

All competing songs are available to listen to online prior to the event, allowing fans to familiarize themselves with the 11 artists, who represent a variety of styles such as acoustic pop, folk, R&B, and rap. Notable participants include Allam Aadesh, Amit Baral, Amrita Limbu, Beyond, Bullet Flo, Preeti Kaur, Meghna Gewali, Nirmala Ghale, Pratik Himal Rai, Prithvi Khanal, RC Rimal, and Suraj Tamang.

The winner will represent Nepal at Eurovision Song Contest Asia 2026, held in Bangkok.
