Each participating country in Semi-final 1, the pre-qualified countries Germany and Italy, and the online category "The rest of the world" were eligible to vote. Both jury and televoters from each country awarded points from 1 to 8, and then 10 and 12.

Grand Final Details
The running order for the Grand Final will be determined by a draw conducted by the Austrian host broadcaster, Österreichischer Rundfunk (ORF), after the completion of the second semi-final on Thursday, 14 May 2026.
