Hooverphonic

Hooverphonic is a Belgian band known for their distinctive sound blending electronic and pop elements. They represented Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest twice, first in 2020 with the song "Release Me." The contest was cancelled that year due to the global pandemic. In 2021, Hooverphonic returned to Eurovision with the song "The Wrong Place," performed in English. They reached the final and finished in 19th place, scoring 74 points. Their participation marked Belgium’s continued presence in the contest with a contemporary and polished musical style.
